1.ORIGIN AND DEVELOPMENT

YinChuan ZhongHong Metallurgical Co.,Ltd. was established in October , 2000. It is a pilot plant-scale factory of the Ferro-Silicon Nitride.
The factory seite locates Shanghai west road in YinChuan City in Ningxia. There are 2 sets nitrideng furnance with 4cu-meter actual capacity, the annual output of Fe-Si3N4 is 400 ton. The production chain went into operation in July, 2001, and the product quality meets the requirements of the international consumers.
Ningxia Zhonghong Nitride Products Co.,Ltd. was established on 28 September 2003. It is a Chinese and Foreign cooperation corporation with approval of the local authorities of Ningxia. It is also a modern enterprise based on the technique and apparatus foundation of YinChuan ZhongHong Metallurgical Co., Ltd. The design capacity if the factory is 5000 ton Ferro-Silicon Nitride and 1000 t Vanadium Nitride for a year. The factory site locates No.25 Xingxia east Road in Desheng Industrial District in Yinchuan City in Ningxia. For a moment, we have completed below item:

a. 6 sets nitriding furnance.
b. Power supply system.
c. Cooling water.
d. Nitrogen making and supplying system.
e. Other auxiliary system.

Up to now, the Fe-Si3N4 output of current production line is 2400 ton for a year. There are 4 sets nitriding furnance with 8 cu-meter actual capacity and 2 sets with 4 cu-meter.
When the company of NingXia ZhongHong Nitride Products is establishing, the YinChuan ZhongHong Metallurgical Company is closed.

2. The purpose of extending the scale

YinChuan ZhongHong Metallurgical Co., Ltd. was a small factory. It can't meet the needs of the domestic and international customer in quantities.
The purpose of extending the scale is to satisfy the customer's needs to the high quality Ferro-Silicon Nitride and the other nitride products.
